| Alright, I made some usergroups. If you want to move up a group (maybe in a month or two, once stuff is rolling along), all you have to do is apply for that group or PM a mod/admin. If we think you're eligible, we'll put you in.
No skipping steps! Newbies can apply for Middle-Class, Middle-Class can apply for 1337 haxxorz, etc.
